due to my adventurous nature, the time i need to prepare an order for shipping varies. average is 2-3 days but i've been able to ship the same day as the payment/order.

more than anything, i want my customers to be happy with their jewelry. that being said, i gladly accept returns and exchanges.

customers are responsible for return shipping costs. once i receive the original item, the refund will be issued. if the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value, which will be determined by myself when i issue the refund.
